Examining How Management Skills of School Administrators Contribute to Organizational Climate according to the Perceptions of Teachers Working in Public High Schools: Konya Province Case

The purpose of the study is to explore how management skills school administrators contribute organizational climate according opinions teachers working in public high schools. data were collected by using “Contribution Managers’ Management Skills Organizational Climate Scale” developed Akar (2006). who work schools Konya province Turkey target population this and 448 determined as sampling. In addition, T-test ANOVA test used calculate significance levels for scale dimensions demographic information. findings revealed quite values “Thrust” “Aloofness” well a significant difference dimension “School Type” variable. Halpin (1966), his study, six organization types suggested that open most positive one. obtained indicate lack climate; therefore, are not sufficient creating an at fail have holistic effect on teachers.
